About liquidation of public organization, about reorganization of public organization and change of the name of some public medical and sanitary organizations
Based on Item e) article 7 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412) and parts (2) article 32 of the Law No. 98/2012 on the central branch public management (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, Art. No. 160-164, 537) DECIDES: the Government
1. Dismiss Public organization "Medical and Sanatorium and Recovery Association" with carrying out liquidation procedure. In case of impossibility of their transfer to perform release of employees of the specified public organization according to provisions of the labor law.
2. Change the name of Public medical and sanitary organization "Polyclinic of Medical and Sanatorium and Recovery Association" in Public medical and sanitary organization "Polyclinic of the State Office".
3. Reorganize public organization "Center of Public Health of Medical and Sanatorium Recovery Association of the State Office" by merging (accession) with Public medical and sanitary organization "Polyclinic of the State Office".
The public medical and sanitary organization "Polyclinic of the State Office" is successor of the rights and obligations of the joining legal entity.
In case of impossibility of their transfer to perform release of employees of Public institution "Center of public health of Medical and sanatorium recovery association of the State office" according to the labor law.
To perform expenses on release of workers of the joining legal entity for the account and within its budget.
To the accepting legal entity to perform complete cession of property of the joining legal entity according to the Regulations on procedure for transfer of objects of public property approved by the Order of the Government No. 901/2015.
