ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

About modification of some Orders of the Government

Based on article 6 of the Law No. 131/2007 on traffic safety (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 11-21, 6), and also for the purpose of reduction in compliance of the existing regulations Government DECIDES:

1. In the Order of the Government No. 155/2003 about National council on traffic safety (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 23-24, 166) to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

in the name "national" to replace the word with the word "National", and in Item of 1 change are brought only in the text in state language;

state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Create Executive bureau of National council on traffic safety which is the coordination center in the field of traffic safety and approve Regulations on it, according to appendix No. 3.";

2) in appendix No. 1:

in the name changes are made only in the text in state language;

state Item 1 in the following edition:

"1. The regulations on National council on traffic safety (further - the Provision) establish the legal basis, structure, mission, fundamental obligations, and also procedure for the organization and functioning of National council on traffic safety (further - Council).";

add with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Council - functional structure of general power which is not legal entity, the carrying-out role of consultation of the Government in the course of promotion and management of policy of the state in the field of traffic safety by coordinating and assessment at the national level, based on the National strategy of traffic safety, and also other documents of state policy in the field of traffic safety, the activities performed in this area by bodies of the central and local public authority, other legal entities of the public law and legal entities of private law.";
