adopts this Law which is intended for determination of features of use of outstanding object of cultural heritage, monument of architecture of national value, cult construction - Andreevsky church of the National reserve "Sofia Kiyevskaya", for the purpose of creation of conditions for implementation of Universal Patriarchy of church services by Church in Ukraine and ensuring realization of the rights of citizens to free religion.

Article 1. Determine that Andreevsky church of the National reserve "Sofia Kiyevskaya" (Kiev, Andreevsky descent, 23) (further - Andreevsky church) which is outstanding object of cultural heritage, monument of architecture of national value as the cult construction which is in state-owned property, is transferred to free permanent use to Universal Patriarchy for making of church services, religious practices, ceremonies and processions.

Article 2. Use of Andreevsky church Universal Patriarchy is performed with compliance with law about protection of cultural heritage.

Features of transfer of Andreevsky church to free permanent use and conditions of its use are established by the Law of Ukraine "About liberty of conscience and the religious organizations".
