1. Make changes to Item 1 of the Section VII of the Regulations on procedure for creation and maintaining the register of the accepted requirements of creditors and satisfaction of requirements of creditors of banks which are liquidated, of the Fund approved by the decision of executive directorate of guaranteeing household deposits against August 21, 2017 No. 3711, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 7, 2017 for No. 1104/30972, having stated subitem 2 in the following edition:

"2) the certificate on the right to the inheritance/judgment which took legal effect according to requirements:

creditors testators who are acknowledged as Fund on behalf of the relevant structural division of Fund or the authorized person of Fund on liquidation (in case of delegation to it appropriate authority) are included in the register of the accepted requirements of creditors;

creditors testators who are not included in the register of the accepted requirements of creditors - if the inheritance was open prior to the beginning of or during the period of acceptance by Fund of requirements of creditors, and term for inheritance acceptance during acceptance of requirements of creditors by Fund did not expire.
