Approve the Procedure for financing of the coal-mining companies which shall be prepared for liquidation it (is applied).

Procedure for financing of the coal-mining companies which shall be prepared for liquidation

1. This Procedure is developed for the purpose of determination of funding mechanism for the coal-mining companies which shall be prepared for liquidation and which closing is provided by relevant decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (daleepredpriyatiya).

2. Financing of the companies is performed at the expense of the means provided in the government budget for the corresponding year for restructuring of the coal industry.

The specified funds are allocated on:

ensuring completion of the coal resource prepared by mountain robots (covering of costs from cost of commodity coal products);

holding actions for preparation for liquidation of the companies (content of all-mine complex, solution of environmental problems and creation of safe working conditions, etc.);

implementation of the expenses connected with reducing number of workers;

preparation for transfer or write-off of the coal resource, other minerals, excavations unnecessary for performance of works which are connected with closing of the companies;

transfer of objects of social infrastructure to utility property;

inventory count of the parcels of land on which the companies are located;

accomplishment of actions, stipulated by the legislation about protection of the surrounding environment.

3. Distribution of means on the companies is performed by Ministry of Fuel and Energy in coordination with Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Finance.
