About some questions of calculations for the consumed natural gas
For the purpose of enhancement of calculations for the consumed natural gas and non-admission of inappropriate use of means the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the National Bank of Ukraine decide:
1. Open transit accounts of the gas-selling companies of the State-owned joint-stock holding company "Ukrgaz" and their branches (managements of gas economy) in authorized banks.
Open the consolidated transit account for the Ukrgaz Company in authorized bank. With respect thereto payment requests without acceptance for available debt for natural gas are not made out for settlement accounts of the gas-selling companies.
2. The state-owned joint-stock holding company "Ukrgaz" in two weeks to develop and approve in coordination with the State committee of oil, gas and oil-processing industry, the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, State Tax Administration and the Procedure for Distribution of Revenue National Bank which arrives on transit accounts of the gas-selling companies and the consolidated transit account of the Company.
3. To state Item 3 of the Procedure for providing with natural gas of the national economy and the population in 1998 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 19, 1997 N 1027, in such edition:
"Purchase of natural gas for requirements of the population, household consumers and state-financed organizations is performed by the State-owned joint-stock holding company "Ukrgaz", the state utility company "Kiyevgaz" at Ukrgazprom joint-stock company, Ukrneft open joint stock company, the state production enterprise "Chernomorneftegaz" and other gas companies".
