1. Authorize the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry on determination of the status of the goods made (received) of the foreign goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone or free warehouse with issue of the conclusions:
about recognition of the goods made (received) of the foreign goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone or free warehouse, goods of the Eurasian Economic Union;
about recognition of the goods made (received) of the foreign goods placed under customs procedure of free customs zone or free warehouse, not being goods of the Eurasian Economic Union.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2011 No. 918 "About the body authorized on determination of the status of the goods made (received) with use of the foreign goods placed under customs procedures of free customs zone or free warehouse" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011 No. 79, 5/34124).
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
