1. In the Order of the Government No. 819/2017 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for provision of some categories of privileges on payment of the VAT according to part provisions (7) article 103 of the Tax Code No. 1163/1997 and Item b) parts (18) article 4 of the Law No. 1417/1997 on enforcement of the Section III of the Tax code (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, Art. No. 364-370, 923) to make the following changes:

1) in the resolution:

a) in the name and in Item 1 the text "parts (7) article 103 of the Tax Code No. 133-XIII of April 24, 1997 and Item b) parts (18) Article 4" to replace with the text "parts (18) Article 4";

b) in acceptance formula the text "parts (7) article 103 of the Tax Code No. 1163-XIII of April 24, 1997 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, special release of February 8, 2007), with subsequent changes and amendments, and Item b) parts (18) Article 4" to replace with the text "parts (18) Article 4";

c) add with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. Approve the List of the companies and organizations of associations of blind people, associations of deafs and societies of the disabled people exempted from the VAT without the deduction right when importing raw materials, materials, components and accessories necessary for production, and also exempted from payment in the budget of the VAT for manufactured goods and the rendered services, according to appendix No. 2.";
