Procedure for calculation and entering into the Government budget of Ukraine of rent payment for oil, natural gas and gas condensate

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of calculation and entering into the Government budget of Ukraine of rent payment for oil, natural gas and gas condensate (further - rent payment) in the sizes established by the law.

In this Procedure for concept are used in such value:

production - engineering procedure of exception of deposit in subsoil and raisings on surface of hydrocarbonic raw material (including during geological studying);

hydrocarbonic raw material - oil, natural gas (including oil (passing) gas), gas condensate;

amount of the got hydrocarbonic raw material - amount of oil, natural gas (including oil (passing) gas), gas condensate, withdrawn from deposit and brought to the surface, on monthly geological технеческой the reporting constituted in form which affirms Mintoplivenergo together with GNA;
