About modification of some Orders of the Government

No. 157-160, 1285), the text "under observation and under responsibility of state body for construction, repair or maintenance of infrastructure of general meaning in border areas" to replace with the text "for construction, repair or servicing of infrastructure, under observation and under responsibility of state body or the beneficiaries established in appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Government No. 246/2010 about procedure for application of tax and customs privileges for implementation of the current projects of the technical and investment assistance falling under action of international treaties which party the Republic of Moldova is".

In the Order of the Government No. 246/2010 about procedure for application of tax and customs privileges for implementation of the current projects of the technical and investment assistance falling under action of international treaties which party the Republic of Moldova is (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 52-53, 308), to make the following changes:

1) in the paragraph the second Item 1 of the resolution after the word are "imported" to be added with the text", placed in temporary import";

2) in the name of appendix No. 2 after the word are "imported" to be added with the text", placed in temporary import".

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
