1. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the List of the authorized bodies having the right to conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship" of July 21, 2016 No. 411 the following change and amendment:

in the List of the authorized bodies having the right to conducting checks of subjects of entrepreneurship, approved by the above-stated Resolution:

- recognize Items 1 and 8 invalid;

- add with Item 12 of the following content:

"12. Management on regulation and control of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol, alcoholic and alcohol-containing products of the Ministry of Agriculture, food industry and melioration of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
