About entering of amendment and change into the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for increase in system effectiveness of management of economic societies with the state share" of July 20, 2012 No. 513

For the purpose of enhancement and optimization of mechanisms of corporate management by economic societies with the state share, being guided by articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic", the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for increase in system effectiveness of management of economic societies with the state share" of July 20, 2012 No. 513 the following amendment and change:

- add Item 1 with paragraphs the fourth and fifth the following content:

"-Regulations on the state representatives in the boards of directors and audit committees of economic societies with the state share according to appendix 3;

- standard form of the tripartite agreement according to appendix 4.";

- to state paragraph two of Item 6 in the following edition:

"The rights, obligations and responsibility of the state representatives in the boards of directors are established individually and determined by the agreement which is signed between the supervising state body, Fund and the state representative.".

2. Recognize to invalid:

- The order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About ensuring representation of interests of the state in governing bodies of joint-stock companies, shares (part of shares) of which are fixed in state-owned property" of September 7, 1998 No. 584;
