According to the Customs code of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of June 2, 2017 No. 346 "About approval of the Regulations on the Ministry of Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and of March 31, 1998 No. 137 "About additional measures for liberalization of foreign trade activity in the Republic of Uzbekistan", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for carrying out certification of goods origin in the Republic of Uzbekistan and ensuring uniform application of regulations of the current legislation the Ministry of Foreign Trade, the Ministry of Finance and the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan decide:
1. Make changes and additions to the Regulations on procedure for carrying out certification of goods origin approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations, Investments and Trades, Ministry of Finance and State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan of July 19, 2010 No. No. EG-01/10-4014, 60, 01-02/8-10 (рег. No. 2131 of August 13, 2010) (Collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2010 No. 33, the Art. 279) according to appendix.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
