About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About content of detainees and the arrested persons"

Article 1. In article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of February 6, 2002 ZR-305 "About content of detainees and the arrested persons" (further – the Law):

Article 2. To add part 4 of article 36 of the Law after the word "except for" with words "the cases provided by the law and".

Article 3. To add article 48 of the Law after part 2 with new parts of the following content:

"In the cases provided by the law, the right of free entrance to places of content of detainees and the place of content of arrested and exit from these places without special permission can be this also to other persons.

Appointments of persons provided by part 2 of this Article to detainees and the arrested persons do not influence the number of the appointments provided to detainees and the arrested persons, established by this Law.".

Article 4. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
