Article 1. Regarding 3rd article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of February 3, 1997 ZR-103 "About prevention of the disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus" shall be replaced with words the words "Governments of the Republic of Armenia" of "authorized state body".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
