About introduction of amendments and changes in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About prevention of the disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus"

Article 1. ZR-103 "About prevention of the disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus" (further - the Law) to add article 4 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of February 3, 1997 with the Item "l" of the following content:
"k) establishes procedure of dotestovy and posttest consultation and inspection by medics of the arrested persons and convicts in connection with HIV infection.".
Article 2. In article 11 of the Law:
1) in the Item "g" of part 2 of the word "being in places of detention" shall be replaced with words "the arrested persons and convicts";
Part 4 after the words "procedures for inspection" to add 2) with words ", except for part 2 Item "g"".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
