Article 1. In the Law of the Republic of Armenia of February 3, 1997 ZR-103 "About prevention of the disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus" (further - the Law):
The Item "z" of Article 4 to declare 1) invalid;
2) part 2 of Article 8 to recognize invalid.
Article 2. To state article 9 of the Law in the following edition:
"Article 9. Action of international treaties
In case of contradiction between regulations of the international treaties ratified by the Republic of Armenia, and this Law regulations of international treaties are applied.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
