About approval of changes which are made to some Orders of the Government

Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

Changes which are made to some Orders of the Government

1. In the Order of the Government No. 1757/2002 about approval and recognition voided some regulations (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, Art. No. 206-208, 1912) to make the following changes:

1) in appendix No. 1:

a) in all text of the word "Ministry of Economics" in any case shall be replaced with words "Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure" in the corresponding case;

b) in Item 2 of figure "2025" to replace with figures "2035";

c) state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. The administration is headed by the chief manager appointed to position on competitive basis by the order of the Minister of Economy and Infrastructure for a period of 5 years.";

d) add with Item 6-1 of the following content:

"6-1. The Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure in 5-day time from the effective date of the order of the minister on position assignment signs with the chief manager the agreement in which its functions, the rights and obligations, including the size and payment terms of work, according to provisions of the Law No. 440/2001 on free economic zones are determined.";

e) state Item 7 in the following edition:
