About modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan"

Article 1. In Item 22 of part 1 of article 12 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 26, 2008 ZR-5-N "About local self-government in the city of Yerevan" (further - the Law) words "the made decision appoints local referendum" makes the decision on holding local referendum shall be replaced with words "".

Article 4. To add article 52 of the Law with Items 14.3 and 14.4 of the following content:

"14. 3) takes the initiative of holding local referendum;

14. 4) makes the decision on purpose of local referendum;".

Article 5. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
