Article 1. The law of the Republic of Armenia of February 3, 1997 ZR-103 "About prevention of the disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus" to add with new Chapter 4.1 of the following content:
"Chapter 4.1. The state control of prevention of the disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus
Article 16.1. The state control of prevention of the disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus
1. The state control of prevention of the disease caused by human immunodeficiency virus is performed by the inspection body exercising control, the authorized Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
