1. Approve Rules of creation, provision and consideration of the request for registration of topography of integral chip (further - Rules) which are attached.
2. To submit to State department of intellectual property these Rules to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration.
3. To State department of intellectual property to publish these Rules in the statement "Industrial property".
4. Declare invalid the order of the State patent authority of Ukraine "About approval of Rules of creation, provision and consideration of the request for registration of topography of integral chip" of June 18, 1998 N 51, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 3, 1998 for N 420/2860.
5. To impose control of execution of this order on the chairman of State department of intellectual property Paladiya M. V.
