Article 1

Item 4 of part 4 of article 5 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2006 No. 264-FZ "About development of agricultural industry" (The Russian Federation Code, 2007, No. 1, Art. 27; 2013, No. 27, Art. 3477; 2015, No. 1, Art. 20; 2018, No. 1, the Art. 8) to add with words ", assistance to expansion of their access to the markets of agricultural products, raw materials and food".

Article 2

Bring in the Federal Law of December 28, 2009 No. 381-FZ "About bases of state regulation of trading activity in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2010, No. 1, Art. 2; 2011, No. 48, Art. 6728; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4197, 4206) following changes:

Shall be replaced with words 1) regarding 4.1 Articles 1 of the word of "Articles 13 and 14" "Article 13 (except for the subitem "d" of item 4 and Item 6 parts 1) and Article 14";

Part 13 of Article 9 to add 2) with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) expense recovery, not sold food products connected with utilization or destruction.";

3) regarding 1 Article 13:

a) to state the subitem "d" of item 4 in the following edition:

"e) conditions about return to the business entity who performed deliveries of food products, such goods on which expiration date is established over thirty days, except as specified, if return of such goods is allowed or it is stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation;";

b) add with Item 6 of the following content:
