1.1. Conditions and Rules of implementation of business activity on transfer of electrical energy local (local) power networks (further - Conditions and Rules) are developed according to the Law of Ukraine "About entrepreneurship".
1.2. If any of provisions of these Conditions and Rules voids, it is excluded from Conditions and Rules, and the others remain acting.
1.3. The license cannot be transferred to the third parties.
1.4. In Conditions and Rules such determinations are used:
Licensed activities - business activity on transfer of electrical energy local (local) power supply networks for which implementation the licensee acquired the right from NKRE.
