1) in Article 78.3:

a) add with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1.1. The subsidies provided by the subitem 1 of Item 1 of this Article, for the purpose of execution accepted in the cases determined by the Federal Laws providing creation of the state corporations, regulatory legal acts of the Government of the Russian Federation about increase in the authorized capital of the state corporation which is subject to forming due to the subsequent provision of property fees of the Russian Federation can be provided to the state corporations.";

b) to add Item 3 after the words "except for subsidies" with the words "on the purposes specified in Item 1.1 of this Article, and also subsidies";

c) the paragraph one of item 4 after the word of "subsidies" to add with words "(except for subsidies for the purposes specified in Item 1.1 of this Article)";

d) add with Item 4.1 of the following content:

"4.1. Provision of subsidies for the purposes specified in Item 1.1 of this Article is performed according to the procedure, determined by the Federal Laws providing creation of the state corporations.";
