Make changes to Requirements to writing of the name of the legal entity, its separate division, public forming which has no status of the legal entity, except the organization of labor union, the Ministries of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of March 5, 2012 No. 368/5, No. 367/20680 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 5, 2012 (with changes), having been reworded as follows them which is applied.

2. To department of private law () submit A.N. Ferens this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".
