For the purpose of ensuring building-up of amounts of national production and implementation of metering devices of gas consumption in life the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine DECIDES:
1. Approve the Concept of step-by-step production and implementation of metering devices of gas consumption in life it (is applied).
2. To the state committee of oil, gas and oil-processing industry together with the State committee on housing and communal services, the Ministry of Economics, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of mechanical engineering, military industrial complex and conversion, the State committee on standardization, certification metrology to approve the Program of production of metering devices of gas consumption and step-by-step equipment of housing stock by them, proceeding from Concept provisions in a month.
3. To provide to the ministry of mechanical engineering, military industrial complex and conversion production of metering devices of gas consumption, and to the State committee on oil, gas and oil-processing industry - performance of works, connected with equipment by such devices of housing stock according to the specified Program.
4. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Economics, Ministry of Finance and State committee of oil, gas and oil-processing industry on formation of off-budget fund of assistance to production and implementation of metering devices of gas consumption in life due to advance in price on the gas used by industrial consumers in the amount of one percent from applicable fare. To the specified ministries and Committee in two weeks to approve regulations on such fund.
5. To the Ministry of Economics to provide in the prices of gas transportation maintenance expenses and operation of metering devices of gas consumption in life.
