About introduction of amendments to the Code of gas storages and approval of Changes in the Standard agreement of storage (downloading, selection) natural gas
According to provisions of Articles 4, 46 Laws of Ukraine "About the natural gas market" and article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Code of gas storages approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of September 30, 2015 No. 2495, No. 1380/27825, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 06, 2015 the following changes:
1) in the paragraph the fiftieth Item 3 of Chapter 1 of the Section I after words and sign "The economic code of Ukraine" to add with words and sign "The customs code of Ukraine";
Chapter 1 of the Section XI to add 2) with new Item of such content:
"6. In case of the room of natural gas of the customer which is stored under customs locks in customs regime of customs warehouse in other customs regime the customer shall within three working days from the date of customs clearance of such natural gas provide to the operator of gas storages the copy of the drawn-up customs declaration certified by customs in accordance with the established procedure.".
2. Approve Changes in the Standard agreement of storage (downloading, selection) natural gas approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of September 30, 2015 No. 2499, No. 1385/27830, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 06, 2015 which are applied.
