Article 1

The name to state 1) in the following edition:

For the purposes of application of this Federal Law criteria of reference of the Russian legal entities to institutes of development and (or) their list are determined by the specified decision of the Government of the Russian Federation.

5.2. For the purpose of the solution of the specified tasks of ВЭБ.РФ participates in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation in management of development of institutes, signs with them agreements on coordination of activities and (or) interaction, creates the procedures of joint operation providing complex use of financial and non-financial instruments of support of projects including measures of the state support, provides information exchange of institutes of development and public authorities and preparation of offers on enhancement of measures of support of institutes of development.

5.3. Based on ВЭБ.РФ specified in part 5 of this Article of the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation performs financial and warranty support of separate institutes of development, provides in other ways execution of development of obligations by these institutes (including obligations on payment of insurance indemnity or insurance sum), and also for the purpose of support of development to institutes is receiver of the state support in forms, stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation, according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Russian Federation, acts as the agent of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning implementation of measures of the state support of institutes of development, realizes other actions according to decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation and the supervisory board of ВЭБ.РФ.";
