About introduction of amendments to the Code of gas-transport system

According to provisions of article 4 of the Law of Ukraine "About the natural gas market" and article 17 of the Law of Ukraine "About the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities" the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities DECIDES:

1. Bring in the Code of gas-transport system approved by the resolution of the National commission performing state regulation in spheres of power and utilities of September 30, 2015 No. 2493, No. 1378/27823, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 06, 2015 the following changes:

Item 5 of Chapter 1 of the Section I after the paragraph of the seventy fourth to add 1) with the new paragraph the seventy fifth the following content:

"the account of conditional storage (eskro) - the bank account which mode of functioning is determined by the legislation, opened for the bidder (the customer of transportation services or the operator of gas-transport system) for the purposes of implementation of calculations for the natural gas acquired by it on trade platform;".

With respect thereto the seventy fifth - the ninety seventh to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the seventy sixth - the ninety eighth;

Item 1 of Chapter 4 of the Section XIV after the paragraph of third to add 2) with the new paragraph the fourth the following content:

"Calculations for the natural gas alienated on trade platform can be performed by payment of money from the account of conditional storage (eskro) opened for the bidder (the customer of transportation services or the operator of gas-transport system) who acquired such gas. The account of conditional storage (eskro) for calculations for the natural gas acquired on trade platform opens in the bank determined by the relevant operator of trade platform.".
