About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine
According to the Budget code of Ukraine, the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:
1. In the text of the Procedure for the opening and closing of accounts in national currency in bodies of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 22, 2012 No. 758, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 18, 2012 for No. 1206/21518 (with changes), the words "nation-wide expenses" in all cases shall be replaced with words "nation-wide expenses and crediting" in the corresponding cases.
2. Approve Changes in the Procedure for treasurer servicing of the government budget on expenses approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of December 24, 2012 No. 1407, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 17, 2013 for No. 130/22662 (with changes) which are applied.
3. Department of the government budget of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine and Department of methodology on servicing of budgets, financial accounting, the reporting and development of Treasury of the Public treasurer service of Ukraine to provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. In ten-day time from the date of state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to provide to department of ensuring communications and organizational and analytical work of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine its promulgation on the official website of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
