About entering of amendment into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About content of detainees and the arrested persons"

Article 1. ZR-305 "About content of detainees and the arrested persons" to add article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of February 6, 2002 with the new paragraph of the following content:
"The detainee or the arrested foreign citizen or the person without citizenship has the right to submit request for shelter in the Republic of Armenia according to the procedure, the stipulated in Clause 13 Laws of the Republic of Armenia "About refugees and shelter" which according to the procedure, established by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, is subject to transfer by the relevant administration to the body for questions of migration authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
