If the application for the voluntary introduction in legal relationship (the termination of legal relationship) on mandatory pension insurance is submitted to territorial authority of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation during the settlement period, the size of the insurance premiums which are subject to payment for this settlement period is determined in proportion to the number of calendar months during which the face consisted in legal relationship on mandatory pension insurance. For incomplete month the size of insurance premiums is determined in proportion to the number of calendar days of this month.";
