About entering of amendments and changes into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About public welfare payments"

Article 1. ZR-154-N "About public welfare payments" (further - the Law) to add article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of December 12, 2013 with part 5 of the following content:

"5. The state body in the field of social support authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia, according to the procedure, established together with the body performing methodical management and control of activities of bodies of civil registration receives from bodies of civil registration of the data on state registration of the act of civil status in the Republic of Armenia, necessary for purpose of public welfare payment (assessment of degree of neediness of family).".

Article 2. Add Article 23.1 with part 5 of the following content:

"5. To unemployed person - the foreign citizen the allowance on motherhood is granted if she as of the first day of the period of receipt of the right to maternity leave stayed at least three years in a row on the registry on the residential address in the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 3. In article 23.2 of the Law:

1) part 1 after the word is "appointed" to be added with words "(unemployed person acquires the right to benefit on motherhood)";

2) in part 5 the word "benefits" shall be replaced with words "receipts of benefit".
