About introduction of amendments to the Law on the Concept of the State automated information system "Elections" No. 101/2008
The parliament adopts this ordinary law.
Art. I. - In the Law on the Concept of the State automated information system "Elections" No. 101/2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 117-119, 457), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
1. To add the first hyphen of article 2 after the word "develop" with the word", to regulate".
2. To add item 4 of appendix with the following offer: "Each block of functions containing in GAIS "Elections" represents separate system of accounting which becomes effective and put in operation by its owner after approval of documentation on management of this information system and its operation.".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
