About establishment of rent payment for oil and natural gas which are extracted in Ukraine
For the purpose of gradual equalization of natural gas prices and oil which are got in Ukraine and the prices behind which they arrive from other states, I decide creations of conditions for development of the oil and gas industry and replenishment of the income of the Government budget of Ukraine:
1. Establish rent payment for oil and natural gas which are got in Ukraine.
The rent payment is established in US dollars, paid in currency of Ukraine on the official exchange rate of the Ukrainian karbovanets to US dollar for date of leave of products by oil-and-gas production enterprises and joins in oil price and natural gas (without the value added tax).
2. To the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine together with the State committee of Ukraine on oil and gas to approve rates of rent payment for oil and natural gas which are got in Ukraine.
3. To the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine to determine procedure for transfer of rent payment for oil and natural gas in the Government budget of Ukraine.
