About modification of appendix 2 to the Law on highways No. 509/1995

Art. I. - In appendix 2 to the Law on highways No. 509/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 7-17, 32), with subsequent changes, in the second column of Item 1.1 of the word "car" shall be replaced with words "the empty road vehicle intended for transportation of vehicles", and the words "empty car loaded" - the words "the loaded road vehicle intended for transportation of vehicles".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
