About modification of the Regulations on procedure for submission of data on structure of property of bank

According to Articles 7, 15, 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", to the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", for the purpose of enhancement of procedure for submission of data on structure of property of the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine DECIDES: bank

1. Make to the section I Regulations on procedure for submission of data on structure of property of the bank approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 21, 2015 No. 328 (with changes), such changes:

Item 7 to state 1) in the following edition:

"7. The National Bank in case of detection of discrepancy of structure of property of bank to the requirements concerning its transparency determined by this Provision sends the written notice of it to bank and establishes term for reduction of structure of property of bank in compliance with these requirements. The National Bank has the right to specify in the notification the list of actions which to bank, owners of essential participation in it and key participants in structure of property of bank it is recommended to undertake for reduction of structure of property of bank in compliance with requirements concerning its transparency.

The National Bank has the right to make the decision on recognition of structure of property of bank opaque [the decision is made by Committee on questions of supervision and regulation of activities of banks, supervision (oversight) of payment systems of National Bank (further - Committee on supervision)] if the structure of property of bank is not brought into accord with requirements concerning its transparency in time, established by National Bank.
