According to parts three, the seventh article 11 of the Air code of Ukraine, to the Law of Ukraine "About the Nation-wide program of adaptation of the legislation of Ukraine to the European Union law", for the purpose of implementation in Ukraine of provisions of rules of the European Union, the Regulations of the European Commission of October 5, 2012 (EU) No. 965/2012, which establishes the technical requirements and ministerial procedures connected with flight operation (with amendments taking into account Regulations of the European Commission of March 1, 2017 (EU) No. 2017/363), No. 216/2008 I ORDER to the Regulations of the European Parliament and Council of February 20, 2008 (EC):

1. Approve the Aviation rules "Technical Requirements and Ministerial Procedures on Flight Operation in Civil Aviation" (further - Aviation rules) which are attached.

2. To department of flight operation (Lisnyak A. I.) provide in the procedure established by the legislation:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order on the official website of State aviaservice;

development till November 30, 2021 of all necessary procedures connected with introduction of Aviation rules.

3. Determine that during the transition period which is provided till December 31, 2021:
