For the purpose of enhancement of functioning of national accreditation system I order:
1. Bring in the order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of February 21, 2012 No. 76 "About approval of the Order of registration of declarations of conformity and the Procedure for forming and maintaining the unified register of the registered declarations of conformity, the provisions containing in the specified register of data" (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on April 28, 2012, registration No. 23970) with the changes made by orders of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of November 29, 2016 No. 764 (it is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on February 16, 2017, registration No. 45676) and of April 3, 2017 No. 162 (registration No. 46557), changes according to appendix is registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on May 2, 2017.
2. This order becomes effective in accordance with the established procedure, except for the subitem "an" of the Item of 1 changes attached to this order, which is becoming effective since February 15, 2019.
