About modification of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine in connection with ratification of the Third additional protocol and the Fourth additional protocol to the European convention on issue of offenders

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Bring in the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. No. 9-13, 88) the following changes:

Article 575 to add 2) with part six of such content:

"6. In case of the notification preparation of the petition is performed by competent authority of foreign state about receipt of consent of the detained person to its issue (extradition) in Ukraine only upon the demand of authorized (central) body of Ukraine. Contents of the petition and the list of the documents attached to the petition are determined by authorized (central) body of Ukraine according to requirements of this Code and international treaties of Ukraine";
