About introduction of amendments to the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia

Article 1. In part 8 of article 62 of the Tax Code of the Republic of Armenia of October 4, 2016:
The words "In the Highest Public Concerns for Needs of Society and State" shall be replaced with words 1) "For the purpose of providing the highest public concerns";
The words "About Property Acquisition for Needs of Society and State" shall be replaced with words 2) "About property acquisition for the purpose of providing the highest public concerns".
Article 2. This Law becomes effective next day after its official publication.
