Approve the Procedure for carrying out calculations for supply of light oil products by National joint stock company "Neftegaz of Ukraine" to the state reserve which is applied.

1. This Procedure determines the mechanism of carrying out calculations in 2005 for supply of light oil products of the National Joint Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine to the state reserve which is performed on account of obligations concerning debt repayment under the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on transfer to the Russian Federation of the MS heavy Tu-160 and Tu-95 bombers, cruise missiles of air basing of big range and the equipment, in the amount established by the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2005" (further - calculations).
2. Participants of calculations is the State Treasury, the National Joint Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine and Goskomrezerv.
3. The decision on carrying out calculations is made in the consent of all participants and drawn up by the protocol.
4. For carrying out calculations of the National Joint Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine and Goskomrezerv open the corresponding accounts in the State Treasury.
5. Госкомрезерв signs with the National Joint Stock Company Naftogaz of Ukraine the agreement on delivery to the state reserve of light oil products on the nomenclature and in borders of the amounts established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on procurement procedure at one participant.
