About introduction of amendments to the Federal law "About the Federal Budget for 2018 and for Planning Period of 2019 and 2020"
Accepted by the State Duma on November 21, 2018
Approved by the Federation Council on November 23, 2018
Bring in the Federal Law of December 5, 2017 No. 362-FZ "About the federal budget for 2018 and for planning period of 2019 and 2020" (The Russian Federation Code, 2017, No. 50, Art. 7533; 2018, No. 28, Art. 4157) following changes:
1) regarding 1 Article 1:
a) in paragraph one of the word "in the amount of the 98th 234, 0 billion rubles" shall be replaced with words "in the amount of 101 164, 0 billion rubles", the words "percent 2,8" shall be replaced with words "percent 3,4";
b) in Item 1 of the word "in the amount 17 072 888 495, thousand rubles" shall be replaced with words "in the amount 18 947 568 263, 9 thousand rubles", shall be replaced with words the words "in the amount 2 739 806 017, 1 thousand rubles" "in the amount 4 093 279 943, 9 thousand rubles";
c) in Item 2 of the word "in the amount 16 591 147 817, thousand rubles" shall be replaced with words "in the amount 16 808 848 191, 1 thousand rubles";

2) the paragraph of the sixth of Item 3 of part 3 of article 5 after the word of "electric power" to add with words "services in the organization and implementation of transportation of goods and passengers by railway transport public,";
3) in Article 6:
a) regarding 1 word "in the amount 774 672 487, 2 thousand rubles" shall be replaced with words "in the amount 768 830 744, 0 thousand rubles";

Part 6 of article 8 after the word of "military personnel" to add 4) with words ", "services in" to add the persons who are serving in troops of national guard of the Russian Federation and having special rank of police," after words with the word "troops";
5) in Article 9:
a) regarding 1 word "to appendices 27, 27.1, 28 (confidentially) and 28.1 (confidentially)" shall be replaced with words "to appendices 27, 27.1, 27.2, 28 (confidentially), 28.1 (confidentially) and 28.2 (confidentially)";
b) regarding 3 words "to 263 083 786, 0 thousand rubles" shall be replaced with words "to 263 757 567, 5 thousand rubles";
6) in Article 10:

c) state part 8 in the following edition:
"8. Determine that in 2018 according to the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation additional resources of the federal budget can be allocated in the authorized capital of Russian Railways open joint stock company (city of Moscow) in case of receipt in the federal budget in the amounts specified in Items 1 - 3rd this part, subsidies from city budget of Moscow for the purpose of:
1) construction of facilities of railway infrastructure of the Kiev direction of the Moscow Railway - in amount to 5 250 000, 0 thousand rubles;
2) completion of project implementation of integration of stopping points of the radial directions of the Moscow railway junction into the Small ring of the Moscow Railway - in amount to 4 560 000, 0 thousand rubles;
3) performance of works on reconstruction of the overpass of the Smolensk direction of the Moscow Railway through Ulitsa Minskaya - in amount to 1 175 000, 0 thousand rubles.";
d) add with part 12 of the following content:
"12. Determine that the "State-owned Transportation Leasing Company" public joint stock company has the right to use means of unused fee in the authorized capital of the "State-owned Transportation Leasing Company" public joint stock company provided by appendix 33.1 to the Federal Law of December 19, 2016 No. 415-FZ "About the federal budget for 2017 and for planning period of 2018 and 2019" for the purpose of replenishment of the park of aircrafts of the Russian airlines in the amount up to the 600th 000, 0 thousand rubles for the purpose of transfer of aircrafts under agreements of leasing to the state unitary enterprises of subjects of the Russian Federation which are not the Russian airlines for the decision of the Government of the Russian Federation.".
