weak implementation of the futures, derivative financial instruments and other modern mechanisms of trade in exchange goods allowing to provide protection of entrepreneurs, especially agricultural producers from the adverse changes in price therefore the scale of transactions and types of the traded goods are limited;

availability of considerable share of the state in the authorized capital of subjects of trade, obsolete restrictions in the field of implementation of retail trade and rendering services to the population that interferes with dynamic development of the competition in these spheres;

lack of system work on informing producers of goods and consumers, including foreign, about the nomenclature and amounts of the demanded products made in the country that constrains development of production cooperation in the republic, and also with foreign producers.
