In Rules of lump sum payment by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation of means of the pension accruals to insured persons approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 21, 2009 No. 1047 "About approval of Rules of lump sum payment by the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation of means of pension accruals to insured persons" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 52, Art. 6577; 2012, No. 23, Art. 3022; 2015, No. 33, Art. 4824):
