About distribution of amount of the tariff quota concerning separate types of the long-grain rice coming from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 2019

1. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation:

a) distribute till December 17, 2018 amount of the tariff quota established for 2019 by the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of September 25, 2018 No. 155 "About establishment for 2019 of amounts of the tariff quota concerning separate types of the long-grain rice coming from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and imported in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union" concerning separate types of the long-grain rice (codes 1006 30 670 1 and 1006 30 980 1 CN FEA EEU) coming from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (further - the rice quoted), between the participants of foreign trade activity performing import to the Russian Federation of separate types of long-grain rice (codes 1006 30 670 and 1006 30 980 of the CN FEA EEU) coming from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (further - long-grain rice), from October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018 (inclusive) according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption, in proportion to amounts of the long-grain rice imported from October 1, 2017 to September 30, 2018 (inclusive) according to customs procedure of release for internal consumption;

b) determine procedure of payments of amount of the tariff quota established concerning the rice quoted by the decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission specified in the subitem "an" of this Item for the purpose of its distribution between participants of foreign trade activity;

c) represent data on the amount of the tariff quota distributed according to the subitem "an" of this Item between participants of foreign trade activity to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

2. To the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation to perform from December 20, 2018 to December 31, 2019 (inclusive) issue to participants of foreign trade activity of import licenses of the rice quoted within amount of the tariff quota distributed according to Item 1 of this resolution.
