The Bank of Russia shall send to bank the notification no later than the working day following behind day of adoption by the Bank of Russia of the decision on prohibition to bank to perform actions, stipulated in Item 5.6 articles 7 of the Federal Law of August 7, 2001 No. 115-FZ, and to carry out identification of clients - physical persons according to the procedure, stipulated in Item 5.8 articles 7 of the Federal Law of August 7, 2001 No. 115-FZ.

2. The direction to bank of the notification shall be performed by its placement in personal account of bank on the official site of the Bank of Russia on the Internet (further - personal account of bank) according to the procedure established by the Instruction of the Bank of Russia of November 3, 2017 No. 4600-U "About order of interaction of the Bank of Russia with credit institutions, not credit financial credit institutions and other participants of information exchange when using by them of information resources of the Bank of Russia, including personal account", registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation on January 11, 2018 No. 49605.

3. In case of impossibility of use of personal account of bank because of technical failure the Bank of Russia in time, stipulated in Item 1 this Instruction, shall send to bank the notification on paper.

4. This Instruction becomes effective after 10 days after day of its official publication.
