About the tariff quotas on separate types of the forest products which are taken out out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the third countries

According to Item 5 of article 36 of the Law of the Russian Federation "About customs tariff" the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the tariff quotas concerning fir-tree of ayansky (Picea jezoensis), fir of white-backed (Abies nephrolepis) and larch of daursky (Larix dahurica) (codes of the CN FEA EEU from 4403 23 910 0, from 4403 23 990 0, from 4403 24 900 0, from 4403 25 910 0, from 4403 25 990 0 and from 4403 26 000 0), taken out out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the third countries, in general size of 4 million cubic meters annually till December 31, 2021 (inclusive).

2. Approve the enclosed Rules for apportionment between participants of foreign economic activity of the tariff quotas concerning fir-tree ayansky, firs white-backed and larches daursky, taken out out of limits of the territory of the Russian Federation to the third countries.

3. To the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation to perform issue to participants of foreign economic activity of export licenses of fir-tree ayansky, firs white-backed and larches daursky within the tariff quotas distributed according to the Rules approved by this resolution.

4. To the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation in accordance with the established procedure to notify the Eurasian economic commission on introduction of the tariff quotas approved by Item 1 of this resolution.
