In pursuance of part two of article 60 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Government budget of Ukraine for 2000" and for the purpose of liquidation of debt of budgets of all levels for electrical and heat energy, natural gas, decides the services of water supply and drainage system consumed by budgetary institutions and the organizations, subsidies and privileges to the population, difference in the prices and rates for gas and the housing and communal services which developed condition for January 1, 2000 and in the current year on expenses state and local budgets, over amounts determined by articles 24 and 46 of the specified Law, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine:

1. Approve the Procedure for carrying out calculations for electrical and heat energy, natural gas, housing and communal services and services of water supply and drainage system (is applied).

2. To the Ministry of Finance, the State Treasury, National joint stock company "Neftegaz of Ukraine", "The state-owned joint stock company of Ukrresursa, the Ministry of Fuel and Energy, the State committee of construction, architecture and housing policies, Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations, the ministries and other central bodies executive to vlastiglavny managers of means of the government budget to provide carrying out (till December 29, 2000) calculations for electrical and heat energy, natural gas, housing and communal services and services of water supply and drainage system according to the approved Procedure.
