Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the subitem "b" of Item 2 of the Regulations on confirmation by the foreign citizen or the person without citizenship of availability of means for accommodation in the territory of the Russian Federation and departure from the Russian Federation or presentation of guarantee of provision of such means in case of the request for the visa or at the check point through frontier of the Russian Federation, No. 241 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 24, 2003 "About approval of the Regulations on confirmation by the foreign citizen or the person without citizenship of availability of means for accommodation in the territory of the Russian Federation and departure from the Russian Federation or presentation of guarantee of provision of such means in case of the request for the visa or at the check point through frontier of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, No. 17, Art. 1622; 2008, No. 14, of the Art. 1412), "The Federal Migration Service or its territorial authorities" shall be replaced with words words "The Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation or its territorial authorities".
